Please no pets, No smoking.
A $200 minimum fee will be charged to occupant’s credit card on file for any excessive cleaning deemed necessary by the management due to any of the following: smoking, pets, excessive trash and waste, stains on carpets, drapes upholstery or other surfaces, dents/holes, or any damages to inn fixtures, appliances or property.”
Free onsite parking
We have 1 parking spot for each room available, all other cars are welcome to park on the street.
Bring Your Towels
Room towels are provided for in room use only. We sell towels in the lobby gift shop, or you can rent towels at the springs. Thank you!
Minimum Age To Book A Room
Guests booking rooms must be at least 18 years old. Valid photo identification is required.
Please contact us 30 minutes before your arrival and we will provide you with your security code and unit number to enter your room.
Housekeeping:
We do not provide daily housekeeping, but happy to supply you with extra towels or amenities as needed. Just give us a call.
Noise
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 pm to provide all guests an enjoyable environment.
Room Damage
Your credit card will be charged for damage to the room.
Excessive Cleaning
Your credit card will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
Cancellations
Blu Jay has only 8 available units for rent, so we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All cancelations require a 7- day notice. Any cancellations made inside the 7 days prior to your reservation date will be charged the total amount of your reservation. For all cancellations made outside of 7-days we will issue a refund, less applicable credit card transfer fees.
Payments
Your card will be charged for the full amount at time of reservation. Please see cancellation policy if you will need to cancel your reservation.
